Seriously the hubs and I could not believe what little effort they put into the show for how much they charge but man the kids loved it. Seriously the effort and production put into this show was not good. I really expected more but for some reason it was just enough to keep the kids entertained which made it a good show overall. What you see in this picture is all you ever saw. There were no other props...that's it!

They must be struggling then! We saw them 6 years ago and 4 years ago (our youngest, who is now 4 never liked them or else we'd have gone yet a third time)
The first show when my daughter was two was in Atlanta and it was SO FUN! They had a lot of props, set changes, etc. I have to agree with you, that is a lot of money to pay for that lousy set. Have you sent them an email? I'd be a disgruntled customer for sure.
It's great your kiddos had fun, though! It's a joy to watch the little ones dance and sing at those shows :)
But it's the WIGGLES. Kidding. ;o) At least you didn't go see Barney.
We saw the wiggles live too. Our kids used to love them. We even got our picture with sweaty Murray when he came up into the balcony. Yeah us. LOL
Van absolutely adores the wiggles...even still to this day. I wonder when she will outgrow her wiggles guitar, dolls, and microphone. This would have been priceless for her to see, even without props.
The Wiggles sort of scare me.
I have never heard of the wiggles!! I know I will do things I'm not fond of for Max, it's just great to see their joy! Even now, I watched a lame parade 2 weeks ago, just so I could see him stare with intrigue. Love it!
We went to see that show. I'm completely with you! I think they're resting on their laurels a little but my daughter and son were completely entranced which was enough for me (although I wish I hadn't had to shell out quite so much).
Apparently that was all that was needed? I can see where paying that price would get under your skin for a less than enthusiastic production.
Thank goodness we have moved on past the Wiggles stage. :)
I'm grateful my kids (so far) haven't liked a group/show enough to have to go to one of those. 152.00 for that?! Man, there better be some moshing or something going on.
I know who the Wiggles are, although we don't watch them in our house.
I tend to find shows like that are kind of a let down.
I remember we went to see Sesame Street Live a few years ago with my niece and we were kind of disappointed.
Glad your kiddos enjoyed it at least.
No Wiggles here yet (though I think we have a book with them in it). Glad your kids had fun though! Hopefully it will be a few years before I have to endure that type of show!
We went to the show two weeks ago and loved it! lol! I thought it was great and the girls had a blast dancing in the aisles. I can't complain about ticket prices, ours were free. :)
I just bought tickets for Charlotte for the Imagination Movers. I hope they put more effort into their show than the Wiggles did for you. This is her first "show". I am pretty excited.
I took my son to see the show a couple of weeks ago and he just loved it. I was able to score some discounted tickets so I didn't have as much into it as you but I thought they did a great job...my son loved every minute of it and really got involved with the songs.
Logan has recently grown out of the Wiggles. It was a HUGE step selling all the CDs on Ebay, DVDS are next. Have to work up the courage again! We went to one of the last Greg Wiggle shows and 2 Sam Wiggle shows last year. Logan loved going, I am glad you enjoyed the show.
I wanted to go so badly and then I saw how much it was, DAYUM!
I'm glad you had fun, that stage set up looks ghetto!
Did you have any Fruit Salad?!
oh my goodness. I am sure the kids loved it though!
Really??? I would've expected WAY more too. I mean have you seen the elaborate shows they put on their DVDs? Glad the kids still enjoyed it though!
Weird. When my kids were little (now 7 and 8), their shows were GREAT. I agree, they must be struggling.
