Double No Fun
In the past two nights LM has slept maybe a total of 4 hours during the night if you combine both nights. Which means I have probably had less than 4 hours in the past 48 because just when I fall asleep he is up screaming again. We went to the doctor today, the diagnosis, double ear infection. BG just got over her ear infection a couple days ago.
As I write this right now he is screaming. My poor baby is in so much pain. The doc said he should feel better by Saturday. SATURDAY! That means I still have tonight and tomorrow night to deal with.
If my post tomorrow is a bunch of slurred words and ramblings I swear it isn't because I am drunk.

One is bad enough ,but double that's awful. Sorry you are dealing with this, hope the meds start working fast !
Ugh - two days with no sleep makes a mommy very cranky :(

One is bad, but two is really bad. Hope the meds start taking affect sooner than that so you can both get some rest.

Poor little fellow! There is nothing worse than a baby in pain. I hope he feels better sooner that Saturday!

Have you tried the Similisan homeopathic earache drops (from any ol' drugstore?) They've worked wonders in our house. (You're welcome for the assvice. Can't believe I just gave it out in your comments section.)

awe, poor guy.
last time my daughter (who is 8 so maybe it is because she is oler) had her ear infection, they gave us a drop that numbs the ear and essentially takes away the pain. She says (daugther) that is works wonderfully.
Poor LM! Poor mommy! I remember those days. Glad they are over, til the grandkids start coming!
